Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe (“the app”) is a single-device board game. Your privacy is simple to describe because the app is built to need as little as possible.
The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email, contacts, or location. To keep the app reliable, it sends crash and diagnostic reports to a third-party service (Sentry). This data is used only to detect and fix problems — never to identify you, advertise to you, or track you across other apps or services.
The app has no account system and no login, and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or photos.
When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, it sends a diagnostic report to our error-monitoring provider, Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). A report may include:
These reports are not linked to your identity, are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and are processed on servers in the European Union. See Sentry’s privacy policy at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
The app stores small preferences locally on your device so it can remember your choices between sessions:
These preferences never leave your device. They are kept in the platform’s
standard local storage (Android SharedPreferences / iOS
UserDefaults) and are removed when you uninstall the app.
The app is playable entirely offline — gameplay never requires a connection. The only network use is sending the crash/diagnostic reports described above to Sentry. The app contains no advertising SDKs.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The diagnostic reports described above are technical in nature and are not linked to any individual.
The app requests the Internet permission solely to transmit crash and diagnostic reports. It requests no sensitive permissions (no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage access).
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a new “Last updated” date.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the developer via the app’s store listing support contact.
